Exactly ten years ago this week–March 26, 2004—we became “official” by incorporating our new travel business, Concierge in Umbria.
We had been visiting Italy regularly since 2000 and dreamed of introducing travelers to the authentic local experiences we loved.
Initially we focused on designing unique trips in the region of Umbria where we lived, but our travelers let us know rather quickly that they wanted those same unforgettable experiences in all of Italy.

And so we got to work, crisscrossing the Bel Paese to visit destinations from the most well-known to the undiscovered, searching out the best accommodations, services, and locals along the way. We use our vast store of on-the-ground experience and knowledge to enrich and enliven our travelers’ individually crafted itineraries.
Many thanks to the wonderful clients and exceptional colleagues who have helped us reach this happy milestone. We look forward to ten more years of sharing new discoveries and creating new memories for ourselves and for all our travelers to Italy!
