To have a “Once in a Lifetime Experience” on any trip is always a blessing…. to have that life changing experience almost everyday, well that is phenomenal! Each day unfolded with at least one, if not two, incredible culinary adventures. We were able to become a part of the local culture by being invited into home kitchens across Italy. Our guides were instantly befriended and feel like we have known them a lifetime. We learned insider tips, local customs and so much about the everyday life of Italians that no amount of research on our own could accomplish. Five stars.
(P.S. The chocolate factory was not up to snuff. I would drop it.)
