I have been personally planning our trips for the past 40 years, but wanted the focus of this trip to be on food and wine. Maria came through with a well-thought-out plan that covered all the places I had requested. I really enjoyed the cooking classes. We did three different ones, but Maria and her team made sure we had a different experience/menu at each one. Plus, the wineries were small, boutique producers which we enjoyed.
Maria uses the Travel Portal app (my first time using it) and I was impressed how quickly it updated if there were any changes to the schedule. I would happily recommend Maria’s company to anyone planning a trip to Italy
