Maria Gabriella Landers helped us plan our recent trip to Switzerland. We approached Maria with most general impressions of what we wanted on our trip. She helped us to determine what would be of most interest to us and created a lovely itinerary. The trip was beautiful. We trouble with one of our hotels; we woke up one morning to a very large puddle on the floor. We notified the hotel and left for the day assuming the issue would be resolved by the time we returned. Unfortunately, when we returned in the early evening, water was still leaking in the room. The hotel staff shrugged and said there was nothing they could do, there were no other rooms in the hotel and would try to fix the issue the next day. We called Maria and within half an hour we had a new (very beautiful) room in a different hotel and a driver to take us there. We were very impressed and highly recommend her. We plan to work with Maria again when we travel to northern Italy.
