Maria and her team designed a thorough itinerary that allowed for us to get the highlights of Italy in a short, 10-day window. We spent our time in Rome, Florence, and Venice, with day trips into Umbria and Chianti for unique and private food-related events. With her help, our group of six all got to experience things that were tailored to our individual interests (architecture, cartography, food and cooking, ancient history, Renaissance art, and so much more). We were able to avoid lines and really get a lot of in-depth information about the sites we explored from knowledgeable guides. It was really a turn-key vacation where we were able to relax and enjoy the time in Italy without worrying about the details.
This is our second time using a planner from the Wow List, and like last time, we were not disappointed with the experience. Responses were prompt and informative, and Maria was flexible in working within our budget to make sure we were able to have as many must-haves ticked off as possible. She was also extremely patient with our many, many questions during the planning process. We even got a wonderful surprise about 2 weeks after returning home, when we received a photography book written by and filled with photos from our Rome guide, sent by her and Brian.
We truly enjoyed our first time in Italy thanks to Maria and Christina, and we would not only recommend them to others, we hope to use them again for future Italy adventures.
