If you’re like us, you’re probably celebrating your second hunkered-down New Year’s Eve of the pandemic. The novelty of ringing in the new year with only our households has worn off a bit and we are all ready for this winter wave to subside so we can get back to the joys that await beyond the confines of home.
Despite the pared-down holidays, we can’t help but reflect and be thankful for the positive points of light over the past two years. We are surrounded by supportive friends, family, and clients and were finally able to travel back to Italy (twice!) this past summer to reconnect and catch up on all the news there (hotel openings, a revitalized food scene, renovated museum halls, and unearthed discoveries at Pompeii top the list).
In addition, travel is looking very good for 2022 (despite the Omicron-related dip right now) and we are happily working away at a variety of trips for clients headed to Italy and Switzerland next year. If you need some inspiration, here are a few places to start:

In the meantime, we’d like to take this opportunity to extend our very best wishes for a peaceful and happy holiday and a year filled with good health and lots of travel…buon anno!
